If product from us arrives damaged, we must hear from you within two weeks of receipt - to offer a solution.
If you simply are not happy with your purchase, you may return items within two weeks of receipt, at your cost with a return authorization obtained by reaching out to us, for a refund of product price minus the original shipping costs.
